After a rocky year, 'Disturbia' catches up with a seventeen year old name Kale (Shia LaBeouf). Kale has suffered the tragic loss of his father in that previous year and is having problems adjusting. His mother (Carrie-Anne Moss) gets concerned when he gets into an altercation with a teacher who made a hasty remark about Kale's father. This results in Kale's house arrest and he is grounded from all sorts of regular teenage activities. But the cute next door neighbor Ashley (Sarah Roemer) still comes over. Though a series of events, Kale becomes convinced their other neighbor is a murderer. The neighbor, Mr. Turner (David Morse), is watched by Kale and Ashley and his other friend. But Kale cannot leave his house, so he has to be creative. Mr. Turner soon catches on to what the three teens are doing. Can they prove Mr. Turner is the murderer they think he is before it's too late?
